Program Management

A strong EI strategy should be implemented by developing a EI Program that implements it. Such a program should address both the IT and business side of the strategy. The market is full of vendors that can help you with your program but for the most part they are only dealing with the IT perspective of the strategy.

PiTech has successfully implemented programs for our customers that ensures the alignment of the IT initiative with the Business Objectives. In line with our mantra, you can’t manage what you can’t measure, we develop comprehensive Program Metrics that will be measure throughout the Program Management lifecycle. These metrics will be leveraged to make decisions during checkpoints in the Program Management Life Cycle on making prioritization adjustments to the program to ensure program success.

We will develop a Program Roadmap that includes:

  1. Projects that will be implemented as part of the roadmap based on the Opportunity Roadmap, Technology Roadmap, and Resourcing Roadmap.
  2. Program Schedule that details interlock’s between different projects in the Program.
  3. Checkpoints to measure program metrics against goals.

PiTech brings strong program management expertise and experience through our employee’s strong program management, business and technical skills. Our focus on creating business value for you through the projects in the program is a key differentiator. We are not driven by what a technology can do but by how a technology can take care of your critical business information needs resulting in your business success.
