Full life cycle recruiting is the mantra at PiTech Solutions - from the initial sourcing step, right up to the offer and hire closing stage.
- Staffing IT projects, albeit one resource or a team of resources is as fluid, dynamic and real-time process. PiTech solutions supports the staffing process by utilizing a state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This system also allows us to incorporate diversity recruiting into our services offering, and meets all government regulatory rules and guidelines for OFCCP, AA, and EEOC.
- This ATS tool allows us to update and alert consultant resources with vertical market skills on the availability of a new project in real time.
- Consultant resources are pre-screened and evaluated for specific skills expertise that meets or exceeds a client's expectations. Face-to-face interviews are conducted when and where possible.
- This information is captured interactively through a preliminary screening questions session and a technical skills assessment process.
- Technical skills assessments are typically done by PiTech staff members who validate competency in specific skills ensuring that the client is being introduced to a best-of-breed talent in real time.
- Optional skill's assessments are done on the internet through our partnerships with ProveIT, International Knowledge Measurement (TechCheck) and BrainBench.
- Reference checking is conducted. Drug and background checks are conducted when requested.
- Once a consultant candidate is introduced to a PiTech client they have cleared our rigorous qualifying process ensuring our customer sees the best available talent in a timely manner.
